JINPAT Introduces a New Wireless Slip Ring

Product News2026-09-29

For decades, most rotary systems have relied on the same basic principle: a rotating component needs a physical connection to transfer between the stationary and moving sides. It is a proven approach, but it also brings familiar challenges—cables can twist, contacts can wear, and tight installation spaces can make system integration difficult.

JINPAT newly developed Wireless Slip Ring takes a different approach.

Designed around contactless wireless transmission, it is intended for applications that require continuous rotation without the limitations of conventional wired connections. The new solution supports stable 360-degree rotation while helping engineers reduce concerns related to cable routing, contact oxidation, friction, and repeated maintenance.

This development reflects more than a new product release. It represents a shift in how rotary connectivity can be considered in high-end equipment design: not simply as a component that transfers signals through rotation, but as a way to create cleaner, more flexible, and more reliable rotating systems.

The JINPAT Wireless Slip Ring is suited to a broad range of intelligent equipment, including automated systems, unmanned platforms, precision instruments, radar communication equipment, and other applications where space, reliability, and continuous movement matter.

Built on JINPAT long-standing experience in rotary transmission technology, this new solution opens another path for engineers looking beyond the limits of traditional contact-based designs.
